Lush by Cajou is what happens when our globally-inspired ice cream steps behind the bar. Every cocktail is built on a Cajou base — dairy-free, velvety, and rooted in flavors from across the diaspora — then shaken into something worth dressing up for. We bring the experience to your event two ways: rolling in with our own bar cart, or pouring behind yours. However you host, your guests get a passport around the world in every glass.

We serve Baltimore and the wider Mid-Atlantic — Maryland, Washington D.C., Virginia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
Are the cocktails really dairy-free?
Yes. Every Lush cocktail is built on a Cajou dairy-free ice cream base, and is also soy-free and gluten-free. A spirit-free version of the full menu is always available.
How much does catering cost?
Custom craft cocktail packages start at $25 per guest, tailored to your guest count, menu, and service style.
Do you bring everything?
With The Bar Cart, we arrive fully styled and staffed with our own cart and bartender. With Your Bar, our team pours the Lush menu behind your existing bar or venue space.
