This is for everyone who grew up hearing “you can’t have that.”

Everyone who sat out the sundae parties, skipped the milkshakes, or got stuck with the sad sorbet because dairy didn’t love them back.

Cajou Creamery is our love letter to you.

When our son was born lactose intolerant, we went looking for something better — and realized quickly: it didn’t exist. Most plant-based options were full of fillers, excessively high calories and boring flavors. So we went back to our roots, to our cultures, to our kitchen — and built something different.

We created Cajou for the 125 million people in the U.S. — mostly from communities of color — who can’t do dairy, and deserve more than one token option. We didn’t just make a flavor for you. We made a whole shop for you!

Every flavor is inspired by global places and spices that feel like home—Indian-inspired Mango Lassi, Turkish Baklava, Cuban café con leche (Cortadito), Latin American Horchata and Carribbean Soursop.

Every scoop is handmade from cashew milk and real superfoods.
